Meditation Cushion - Yoga Cushion Filled With Kapok

Our organic cotton stuffed cushions filled with Kapok will support your spine from head to tail while meditating or developing a breathing awareness. In line with the spine, your chest opens up and expands for ease of breathing.

The pillow can be use in two ways :
- lying down with the pillow placed under your spine and under your head(lengthwise); add a thickness of folded blanket for another support under your head, if desired
- lying down with the pillow horizontally as a bolster, it supports the mid-back in a gentle arch

Ideal for use in your yoga practice too, making poses more comfortable. Designed as a prop to aid your relaxation and renewal. Comes in natural organic cotton with an all cotton chambray shell.
